Chicken & Andouille Gumbo

Broussard's Bayou Co. boil-in-bag Chicken & Andouille Gumbo, made for a hearty Cajun-style meal that is easy to heat and serve at home.

Heating Instructions

Place frozen bag in pot of cold water and bring to a rolling boil. Allow bag to boil for 7-10 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Open carefully and serve. For best results, prepare one bag at a time.

Serving Suggestion

Serve over cooked rice for a classic gumbo meal.
